We didn’t like the receptionist who refused to change our room from an upstairs room to a downstairs one when the booking confirmation came through by phone. She told me ‘bad luck’ that’s what you booked! She told me to go back to my ‘third party’ where I booked it and get them to do it. On arrival we still had the upstairs room even though I tried to amend it (it wasn’t as easy as she told me it would be) but Danielle was delightful and moved it for us. Thank heavens for staff like Danielle, I actually told the previous receptionist (wish I got her name) that she wasn’t promoting her business with her attitude!

The property is fantastic value for money. Have stayed a few times, can't wait to stay in summer, when we can use the pool!

Perfect and quiet, just remembered upgrade so you get your own bathroom otherwise it’s a shared facility

I took my own food to microwave for dinner but there is full sized fridge for a longer stay. I asked for a walk in shower (as opposed to shower over bath) and they fulfilled my request. There is a lovely view from these apartments and the air cond, TV and stove all work perfectly. The room was spotless and so quiet. Not sound.

The room was very spacious and the views from the garden area outsde or room were spectacular. Would stay here agin.
