Very clean rooms. A good quality of amenities. It was difficult to find the location of this hotel when I arrived JR Yokohama station. Hope they put a big arrow or sign near the ticket office.

It was very clean and well maintained property. The staff was extremely welcoming and kind as I had to ask them to hold luggage both before checkin and also on the day of checkout without hesitation they were holding it for long time. The location is very close to Yokohama station but I had a bit of problem finding it as you have to go through atrium of shopping mall. So make sure you use navigation app!

The hotel was very good, a bright clean bathroom, comfortable bed and wonderful staff. What i cannot recommend is the breakfast option. The restaurant staff were fatigued by the number of foreign visitors. When i asked for a condiment, to have it become a subject of derision the staff spoke to one another about was not good. I may choose not to speak japanese but i do understand what is said. This was an attitude prevalent in all working the restaurant, they all could use a good hug.
