There was a bathroom light that kept flickering all night even though everything was turned off. Made it very difficult to sleep. Also, I tried to reach the front desk several times to get a box of tissues since there wasn’t anything in the room in the AI contact person kept putting me through a number that was constantly busy so I’ve never got the box of tissues.

Too much second hand smoke. It is 2026, and only 16% of adults smoke. The majority of those have lower income and could not afford the $1000+ per night rate. So why would you cater to the SUPER minority at the displeasure of the MAJORITY. At the very least, put in BIG BOLD letters that guests will be EXPOSED to Class A carcinogens found in second hand smoke throughout your property. I left with so much sinus congestion, coughing and irritated eyes.
