My family and I stayed here during our 10-day trip to Japan. Due to a flight delay, we weren’t able to use the hotel’s complimentary shuttle service, but upon arrival, we were warmly greeted, and check-in was quick and easy. Our room on the 3rd floor looked exactly as pictured online: three beds, a TV, a mini fridge, and a decent-sized bathroom. The view overlooked the water with the airport visible in the distance. Each morning, we enjoyed watching people fishing and locals taking peaceful strolls along the waterfront. It felt calm and serene, a nice contrast to the busyness of city life. Here is my list of pros and cons staying here. Pros: * Friendly and helpful staff * Free shuttles to and from Haneda Airport and Kawasaki Station * Quiet location away from the city’s hustle and bustle * Dining options on both the 5th and ground floors * A 7-Eleven just a short three-minute walk away Cons: * Dryers in the laundry room didn’t fully dry our clothes, even after an hour * The bathtub drained slowly * The shower tended to get the bathroom floor wet, no matter how we adjusted the shower head Overall, while there were a few minor inconveniences, the hotel’s comfort, location, and service made our stay enjoyable.

The beds and pillows were comfortable, bathroom clean, a block away from a 711, free shuttle to and from Haneda Airport. Breakfast at the bench by the river was awesome. They have an exercise room and public bath, wasnt able to check it out, but saw a lot of guests go

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful and we took advantage of the free shuttle to and from the train station to allow us to do an excursion and also used the shuttle for the airport drop off. The driver for the shuttles were friendly and the airport shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful making sure we got to the correct terminal and put our luggage on board. The staff also helped us weigh our luggage as well as we packed the night before our departure. I would recommend this place for sure and I would come back here when I return to Japan and need a place to stay close to the airport. Even though it is far from the city- it’s a good place to stay if need to be at the airport for an early flight or don’t want to deal with traffic on the roads or trains. The seven eleven a few mins walk from the hotel was very handy.

New industrial look but no food in neighborhood

This hotel is a sort of gem in the wilderness. It is brand new, located in a mostly industrial park area with few choices for food except at the hotel. It’s called The Warehouse for good reason. The first floor lobby, cafes, and the rooms have industrial design elements. I was very pleased when I arrived and checked in there’s also a free hourly shuttle to and from Haneda. I went to Haneda to look around and get some sake to pack. When I returned later in the evening, the fifth floor restaurant last order was 19:30 and the downstairs Café was closed. They show their nice patio with Airport view, but it is disappointing that it closes at 8 o’clock! I wanted to have a beer out there enjoying the airport view. This is a layover hotel, so I presume guests come in late afternoon or evening. I think closing down the restaurant that early is a huge disservice for such an otherwise great hotel. There are few options for eating outside of the hotel. I found one - only Japanese no English menu - it was great for me but for other non-Japanese-speaking travelers when they check in after 19:30 there’s no eating options so they have to wait for the morning breakfast! The downstairs lobby had free coffee from 5PM to 11AM but both machines were empty of water. If you use the shuttle to go to Haneda and return to the hotel take a photo of the times as there is no information elsewhere. At Haneda Terminal3 you have to go to the charted bus area, but there’s no signage about pickup times.
