With over 5,000 square feet, this expansive home comfortably sleeps 12 guests. It includes: - 2 King Beds, 3 Queen Beds, 2 Twin Trundles for your luxury and comfort. The main level features a large living area with plenty of glass to enjoy breathtaking views. It includes a large gas log fireplace, rocking chairs, and a sofa area for relaxation and socializing. A full kitchen and a spacious dining area make family meals and gatherings enjoyable. The main level master bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. The upstairs loft provides a cozy spot for reading or unwinding with a few chairs. The lower level boasts a Cuban-themed game room with an 8-foot slate pool table, a gas log fireplace, and a couple of musical instruments that enhance the fun atmosphere. While there is no satellite or cable TV, streaming services are available for your entertainment. We had a very nice time and all the family had very comfortable bedrooms...the kitchen was furnished with everything needed for cooking, etc, ..one thing that would help ...if the light switches were labeled..thanks

Great space for large family

We had 3 different families stay at this house, and it was plenty of room. The house was clean and the kitchen/living room were large and perfect for our needs. Would stay here again!

A great place to create memories

House was excellent for our family! We stayed an entire week and it was a perfect house and yard for the kids to play outside, the fire pit and downstairs game room. We brought extra chairs and were glad we did based on the pictures because for as big as the living room is there the couch wasn’t big enough. Very quiet neighborhood, wish there was more wild life around, but it wasn’t a show stopper. The house had everything and the beds were very comfortable. Only bedroom with air circulation issues was the bottom level bedroom tended to get very warm. We loved hanging out in the big kitchen as well and it was big enough for everyone to do their thanksgiving dishes. And nice personal touch with items around the house saying “Mina at Notting hill”

Mina at Notting Hill

Clean House, beautiful house. Had everything we needed, & a great location. Only advice would be to advise the customers/renters where to take HH Garbage, especially kitchen trash that’s generated. I found a transfer station/landfill 8 miles away. Family had a wonderful time, and would definitely like to go back one day! Thank you. Thomas S. 7/6/2021

Family Getaway

My family and I booked this Memorial Day weekend getaway as a way to reconnect after Covid-19. This was a couples only trip with my cousins and their wives. The property was amazing, it sits on a hill where you have a perfect view of the mountains each morning and evening. The place was exceptionally clean and spacious. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The booking was easy and the directions were great. Easy access to restaurants and local shopping, wineries and more. The only complaint I have is that the neighborhood in which the property is located. This property appears to be isolated on VRBO, but in actuality it’s in a residential neighborhood with neighbors very close on both sides. At one point I got a call from the leasing agency saying that the neighbors were a little upset that people were turning around in their driveway which is on a dead end street. If you come in late at night it is hard to fine. We were very cautious not to be too loud or stay up late at night outside, for fear that neighbors would call to report us , this makes for a long weekend when you are a party of 12. Overall, we had a great time but probably we would look for something a little bit more isolated or inclusive for bigger parties.
