We originally planned to stay for two nights, but due to an unforeseen circumstance, we needed to check out a day earlier. Paola was incredibly helpful in assisting us with the logistics of adjusting our reservation and making the early departure as smooth and stress-free as possible. While the hotel itself is excellent — clean, comfortable, and well-managed — it was Paola’s exceptional service that truly stood out. She went above and beyond with kindness, professionalism, and efficiency. Paola is a true asset to the hotel chain and a gift to every guest who has the pleasure of interacting with her.
