- The food is not bad it requires more options/variaty. - Under the bed is not clean in the room. - The room’s furniture is quite old. - The bath towels aren’t available on time. - The electricity shots down at least once a day. - The water flow is very low during peak time. - Overall the hotel needs renovation. This stop was one of many for my honey moon trip. The overall experience was amazing. Not because it's as luxurious as the Four Seasons (it's not) but because the staff was able to quickly adapt to challenges and come up with a quick solution. Keep in mind that if you act like a self entitled ********** dont expect the staff to try their best with a smile. You need to treat them like human beings such as you. Don't think that because your European or Asian or any ethnicity that you are more cultivated and know better. Overall the facilities were nice. The beach was nice and the huge outdoor pool as well. Regarding the food, the breakfast buffet was amazing, great selection of sweet and salty but if you show up 20 minutes before the end don't expect to find all the great selection althought there is still a lot of amazing stuff towards the end too. The downside is the food for lunch and dinner for the restaurants. They have Asian, Italian and local food but it's quite average. I didnt even bother trying Italian or Asian food. On a positive note the Turquoise restaurant near the pool has some good things until 5pm (the pizza is so-so). The cocktails could have a little more alcohol in them, I found them a little weak in that regard (the pink lady is pretty good and refreshing). Overall it was a great relaxing experience. The staff is fantastic. Shoutout to the front desk lady bosses Malika and Fathima who know how to take care of everything.

Nice hotel

It was honestly better than I had thought it would be. There’s a great selection of food, good entertainment, clean place, can’t go wrong with it.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and beautifully decorated the room was.

The beach here is beautiful, and this hotel was fine for being so cheap during the off season. The hotel definitely feels dated, however, and my room was not entirely clean when I checked in. The staff were very friendly and helpful though.
