I had a very disappointing experience at Mövenpick Hotel Zürich Regensdorf, primarily due to the poor customer service and complete lack of care shown by the staff.
I encountered a situation that required basic understanding and flexibility from the management team, but instead I was met with indifference and unhelpful attitudes. Rather than trying to assist or show any empathy, the staff seemed more concerned with rigid policies.
What’s most frustrating is not just the lack of support, but how dismissive they were of the inconvenience caused. Hospitality is supposed to be about making guests feel welcome and supported—unfortunately, this hotel completely failed in that regard.
For a brand like Mövenpick, I expected much better. I travel frequently and this experience was far below standard. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a hotel that values its customers or makes any effort to resolve issues respectfully.
