The food in restaurant was just not up to par…. The spare ribs had a different flavour and instead of coleslaw there were vegetables. Portion size is great in fact maybe too big.

We booked this hotel for one night before flying out of Amsterdam to return to the U.S. after a 3 week trip in Europe/Africa. For that purpose, it was absolutely fine. The staff was helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The location was great for airport access, though if I were visiting Amsterdam to spend time in the city, I'd chose a more central location. But, for our purposes, it was great. We booked it primarily for airport shuttle access.

Arrived to a massive queue which overwhelmed the desk staff. They had therefore given away our twin room forcing me to share a bed with my teenage son, and we were lucky they hadn’t given away the room completely. He ended up sleeping on the floor (they did give us an extra quilt) but the bed was so hard you couldn’t really tell the difference anyway.

⸻ I booked this hotel at the last minute after missing my connecting flight at Amsterdam Airport. The gentleman at the front desk (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, but he was of Bulgarian descent) was exceptionally helpful and provided a thorough overview of the hotel and its policies. It was my first time in Amsterdam, and after being treated quite poorly by the strict and highly unprofessional KLM staff, I wasn’t expecting much. However, the hotel team completely changed my experience for the better. The breakfast served in the morning is absolutely outstanding—truly to die for! And every member of the dining room staff was incredibly polite and friendly. I would definitely return!
