Our host Mary was amazing. Not only was she extremely pleasant upon our arrival, she was also extremely helpful as i planned a short getaway as a surprise. Though there was a minor issue, she addressed it immediately. She was also very accommodating with our check out. Would book again due to her wonderful customer service! The property itself is alao very nice and well kept. Enjoyed the pool alot. Very clean and well maintained.

Lovely oasis close to airport

Lovely grounds with three swimming pools open 6am-10pm, gym, cafeteria and comfortable air-conditioned rooms. Pick up from airport complementary. Friendly team takes care of you. Note that the property is managed by a couple of different companies so check in and out is a bit different than usual.

Dee, the property manager was so kind! She was so helpful. She really went above and beyond to cater to my needs. I had breakfast brought to my studio on a daily basis. If yoire staying here, I'd highly recommend asking for one of the properties that Dee manages.

It was well maintained and the staff were all lovely especially Betty. The healthier food options at the restaurant were limited. No fruit whatsoever and no vegetables. The rooms had an odd configuration. The bathroom door opened to the toilet seat and there was no counter space. There was a large unused space in the bathroom. No hooks for anything in the bathroom. Be careful of the hot water the shower space is tight and I got burned twice on my arm. It’s extremely hot. The patio doors offered a lovely view of the green shrubs. The pools were great! These are apartments used as accommodations so the front desk cannot assist in your booking. Get an e-sim for your phone in advance the Wi-Fi is choppy. Overall a decent stay!

Made this location base for travel to the Gold Coast to the west and Keva to the east. Stayed about 3 weeks in one bedroom apartment on ground floor. Loved the swimming pools and onsite restaurant. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Be sure to specify if you want a one floor apartment with no internal stairs. Lastly I'd recommend bringing a non-slip bathmat. Floors are slippery. Good safe location.

The property offers a special kind of ambience and feeling of home away from home, the room was always kept cleaned, and was also happy with a staff Gifty who was always handy to see to it that request are treated with urgency. I recommend the facility to a colleague and she loved it.
