The room was spotless, the service was amazing. They helped us with every step of checking in. The Wi-Fi was great . The balcony was great. Betty created a great atmosphere from dealing with making sure we had breakfast to helping us exchange money . Betty was helpful in also helping us find another room so that we can extend our stay . The facilities were as advertised. Thank you Betty !!!

There was some issues with the room. The wire cover for the tv was coming off the wall. The bathroom drawer was visibly broken. The sink cabinet was coming off the wall. There is only 2 small toiletries shower gel and shampoo. They does not have wash cloth. I had to use a dry towel to wash up with. The apartment was spot painted, you can visibly see were they painted different areas of the apartment. The glass table that was in the apartment was dirty. Richard took me to my room, whom seen the issues but didn't try to fix them. I was not even offended another room nor was i upgraded due to me being VIP. Linda staff was a good host. She reached out every day to make sure things was ok and what i wanted for breakfast. I needed an adapter to plug up my phone, Richard stated there was none due to guess having them. He didnt even try to address that issue nor did he address the things of the room. Linda reached out and was able to find an adapter for me to use. I address the room condition to Linda and no one suggest to even try to move me to another room. Also, the property was advertised differently from what it actually is. The view from the apartment was the back of a building. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The apart hotel representative was not reachable for check in I arrived at the property. She eventually arrived 15 minutes later. Despite the sub standard service the representative still asked to be given a high customer satisfaction rating. The property is in a great location, with a very pleasant swimming pool, and serene gardens. In room amenities such as shower gel were not replaced by housekeeping service. I recently stayed at Embassy Gardens by Cantonments in Accra, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The place is very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The environment is quiet, peaceful, and very safe, perfect for anyone looking to unwind or enjoy a calm getaway in the city. The facilities are well-kept, and the overall ambiance is elegant and modern. The only downside was that check-in took quite a while — we had to wait longer than expected before being taken to our room. However, once settled in, everything else about the stay was excellent. I’d definitely recommend Embassy Gardens to anyone visiting Accra who values comfort, security, and a serene environment.

There is good value for money here, however we would not stay again. When we arrived we let the airport transfer person we were there. They arrived while we were still waiting for bags. Then they left because they said people were waiting at apartments for them. This meant we were stood outside the airport waiting for them for 40 minutes. They messaged and asked us to move to departures to make it easier for them to collect us, so off we went to departures with our bags. We arrived at the apartments, and were told to wait for our host. Host checked us into the room, and gave us some information however did not tell us where the free breakfast was that was listed in the booking. The bed was comfortable however the bedding had stains on it, they were not fresh stains and you could see they had been washed but still, it’s not nice to have stained bedding. Some of the apartment was a bit dated in areas. We asked for a transfer back to the airport the next day as we were travelling on to another country, but transfer was not available so we got a taxi. We were going back to Ghana in two weeks and had this place booked again but we cancelled it, and booked a hotel instead.
