Compare Hotels with Parking in Sydney

Overall a great place to stay but one word of caution for those that care about such things. If you're using a credit card to pay for your stay, note that there is a credit card service fee included on your final bill at checkout. I suppose one could argue they're being transparent about it vs. burying it as part of a resort fee.

Great stay!

I really enjoyed the room - super snuggly bed. Idk how they did that but it was much appreciated! Great shower. Rooftop bar was lovely to enjoy watching the planes come and go. Bottom restaurant was efficient and friendly. Will do this again next time in Sydney.

Only 3 of the 6 elevators appeared to be working (but there was no signage to confirm this) which resulted in my low mobility mother and I having to wait more than 25 minutes for an elevator to check out, at which point she had to force herself into an already full elevator while I took the stairs. We requested to be taken down in the staff elevator and were denied and told to wait or take the stairs. Very disappointed in the service and this experience and wouldn't recommend it to others especially those with accessibility issues.

I was upgraded into a larger room but i found it very depressing.The bed backdrop was amazing,look a like corrugated iron.The furniture or lack of it did notsuit the large room. Shower door was faulty,would not stay shut when showering,kept on swinging inwards which made showering hard. I reported it on checking out.

The view is extremely beautiful. I can see the ship from my window. The hotel is clean and staffs are wonderful Next to train station . Can’t ask for more. Will be back if i visit Sydney again
