The staff were friendly and greeted you every time you saw them. If you asked for anything they would get it for you straight away. The breakfast was great but it would be nice to have a meal there in the evening if you didn’t want to go out. Only snacks are on offer. The facilities were lovely and clean and the room serviced every day. The only thing I didn’t like was the glass bathroom especially if you are in a share room. There is not much privacy as you can see a person’s silhouette through the glass even though it is frosted with a pattern. The location was great as it was close to everything and only a short stroll to Rundle Mall, Casino, Railway Station, Trams and buses.

The carpark next door for $28 was dirty the stairwell was filthy smelt of urine disgusting never park there again !! The Hotel is Excellent, Breakfast, Lobby, room & facilities. The TV would NOT connect to my phone for screen mirroring to watch kayo footy & Formula 1 tried for 2 hours spoke to a 1800 number suggested on the tv said to speak to service desk she tried could not really understand issue NO one offered to attend room to rectify had to watch on my iphone !! If Foxtel, Netflix or Kayo are NOT included you must get Mobile screen sharing to work as tv channels are terrible !! Not sure whether I will return with these Important issues for me by myself !!

The small alley is dirty and very badly smelling. Another matter. I am supposed to have got some poits or reward. On August 1st I will be staying in Holiday inn in Auckland. Ask them to look after me.

Good stay, inclusive of breakfast and a nice open bar area able to use for work which was helpful because the room was extremely dark - a very small window overlooking a building so no natural light, not a room you could spend any time in other than to sleep.
