Bed too soft, pillows tiny, tv tiny, lightbulb out in bath, bath fixture needs to be cleaned, went to breakfast n out of sausage, lampshade crusty. Tub had skid marks on it, carpet damp. Yikes!

The staff was great. Every single staff greeted me with a smile and asked if everything is ok. The issue I had was with the room. The bed was very uncomfortable, half the bed was caved in, all the lights soft, I had to directly under the light to read my book, the ac conditioning system did not work at all, door lock did not work, and there was what looks like mold on he shower was.

Only good if you just need a place to sleep for the night. Other than that our room was quite disappointing, door did not close right, it was dirty almost everywhere you looked. Obvious signs that no detail cleaning is ever done. Bed was fine and shower was ok.

Hallways smelled like marijuana and it drifted into our room. The hotel was very dirty and dated. I watched a guest spill a cup of coffee in the lobby. He rang the bell at the desk and no one ever responded to it. He finally gave up and left. The mess was still there an hour later.

A Decent Deal for Small Family Getaways

As a small family just taking an overnight trip away, it's a pretty good deal for this place! There's a pool, kinda cold water, but the pool room itself was amazingly warm. No hot tub in the pool room, but the tub in the bathroom was big enough for our 6'2" daddy of the family to relax and take a soak :) There were kiddos at the pool, they were friendly, we all played Marco polo together, pool water/room itself is very clean/maintained until you reach the end of the night, they run out of towels-totally expected, staff will be there to help if you ask! All staff super helpful with our requests of extra towels, pillows, blankets for us. Much appreciated :) The next morning, breakfast wasn't as amazingly fantastic as the one singular picture on the internet showed, but it was solid, I'd say my kid got more out of breakfast than I did, and she's a picky eater! She had oatmeal, fruit, waffles, and juice. There was also sausage, bagels, toast... It's the usual offerings, they just weren't hitting for me, so that's on me not the hotel. The hallways are a little.... Lumpy? To walk down, so watch your step. The rooms are a little thin-walled, but we all slept okay through the night. Very nicely priced for a small getaway, would recommend and would come back again! Check out was super easy, just dropping off the cards at the desk was all that was needed. Thank you for the overnight stay!
