The rooms were really nice and the staff was great. The two issues I had were the large pool U shaped was very cold. The other problem was they would only allow you 50% a la carte restaurant's. Well, unless you wanted to eat at 8:30pm which is late for us.

Room was spacious and modern in the scheme of all inclusive rooms. Staff were very attentive. Food was decent at the a la carte restaurants and I found it easy to get reservations. The resort is large and somewhat confusing to navigate at times but there are maps posted around the walkways. There were plenty of pool/beach chairs available.

The staff was amazing. Juan helped us and checked in on us throughout the stay which was amazing. His other staff members Alfred was a great server, Alfredo was helpful upon our initial welcome, and Aaron making the night shift smooth. It was clean, smooth, delicious food, kid friendly. Room was good, a bit hot for me, they were accommodating and moved us rooms, and provided me with fans. The pools are amazing, lazy river was a blast with a drink in each hand. Food was absolutely amazing. Cool seeing the monkeys, cats, possums, etc. Second time going there in 18 years, wont wait half as long to go back, thanks for an amazing experience!

We’ve stayed at less expensive resorts and had better overall experiences, especially when it comes to food, activities, and evening entertainment. Most shows were underwhelming, with the Michael Jackson show being the only standout. The room itself was nice, but only double beds were available. We had two doubles and a couch, and the couch was surprisingly comfortable. Some areas appear updated, but storage was a major issue. What looks like a dresser is actually a solid block used as a room divider, leaving very little space to store clothes. The bathroom layout was great in theory—a large soaking tub, separate toilet, and big shower—but the shower did not drain properly. Water pooled during use, and despite reporting it three times, it wasn’t fixed until the bathroom flooded. Unfortunately, clothes we had stored under the sink were soaked as a result. I contacted the front desk and the supervisor was excellent. She arranged complimentary laundry service for up to 20 items, which we appreciated, though we still had to dry additional items on the balcony. Would I recommend it? Possibly. Would I return? No—not because it was terrible, but because it didn’t stand out compared to other resorts we’ve stayed at.

Rooms were clean and comfy, friendly staff, lots of options at the buffet (keep an eye on times of when they’re open so you don’t miss it), was surprised to only get 3 al la cartes while staying for 7 days. Last time I went to a resort, you could book one every night. All in all, would recommend!
