My family enjoyed the 4 nights we stayed, overall was a good experience. There are some points that hold me back to give a higher rating: 1) some areas of the resort needs a renovation, specially elevators, room air conditioning, bathroom 2) despite of many restaurant options, was still quite hard to book the dinner. 3) the kids club needs a urgent expansion and more activities with the kids. Mainly I saw kids playing video game and on computer. 4) the dinner buffet was not good, a lot of options, but most were not well prepared Positive points were: - very attentive staff, always checking how is your stay is going . The concierge team was truly helpful, Erick & Derek were amazing helping guests and very friendly. - the resort grounds are amazing, a lot of animals , clean tracks, nice ocean views. - the food in the specialty restaurants were quite good, good service and several options to choose - the dolphin experience was surprisingly nice, and is inside the resort that makes easy to plan that attraction. Also main attractions in this area are a short drive away

I wanted a resort with great pools and a great beach. The pools at this resort were excellent and the lazy river is so fun. The beach has soft sand and definitely a swimmable area to float out in the waves, but then a protected area that is great for snorkeling, you get a free hour every day. The food was very good - the beat carpaccio at the fish restaurant on the beach was one of the best appetizers I have ever had, along with the fig sauce fillet at the Mediterranean restaurant. We loved the walk up crepe order options at the coffee shops, as well as the smoothie bar! And they have specialty drinks at several times of the day and at several bars- I had a fresh lime juice. Margarita once that was so delicious as well as a watermelon Mezcal cocktail. The beds were comfortable, rooms great overall. I would have like to have a bigger shower, but I didn’t spend a lot of time in the bathroom so the good things definitely outweigh that. The staff very much care about your experience. I do wish that they would make smoking stations far away from the main through fair areas, but when we were there, it was mostly European guests, who feel more comfortable with smoking, than Americans. Seeing the monkeys was amazing, although I wish they would enforce the no feeding the animals rules. We participated in several activities at the pools, although I think other all inclusive brands do more extensive scheduled activities. The night entertainment was definitely excellent

We have been here many times and it seems to be getting less and less desireable. The food is ok and the staff are friendly but the entertainment and options for things to do are lacking. Also, they have one broken ATM and nowhere to get cash if you need. The fridge guy shows up every 2-3 days and leaves 2 beer. Cleaning staff are amazing though. We have been here 7 times and this last trip is now our final time.

What we liked. 1. Breakfast 2. Food was decent. What we did not like. 1. Rooms were dirty and outdated. 2. We had to change rooms twice due to bugs and dirty rooms. 3. Mini bar never got refilled unless we ask for it. 4. Host at Food Bazaar made us wait when we had reservations at 7:30pm. Then, forgot about us and we had to remind her that we were waiting for our table. 5. Broken iron. We asked concierge for replacement and was never replaced. 7. No signs to know where restaurants were located. 8. Beach needs work. 9. Would not recommend this place.

Very nice property had a ball first night there I definitely have to come back but will not pick the same rooms new but beat up and a lot of stuff was broken in our room staff tried there best to fix but they another side with better rooms I will try next time. If you go I will definitely recommend staying at least 7nights minimum it’s so much to do! Over my wife and I had a great time. Food was delicious from the seafood to BBQ and can’t forget about the steakhouse and hibachi which all is included in the price, just have to make reservations they must try resort!

I would recommend the Grand Sirinis to anyone looking for an amazing mexican vacation experience! The staff and services were top notch and the food was well above average for an all-inclusive. The pools and beach were as adverised. There was a lot of seaweed which wasn't necessarily a problem but worth mentioning to people looking for a pristine white sand beach. We loved the lush tropical setting of the property and our kids loved seeing the wildlife. The activities and shows were a real production and worth it! Id recommended downloading the app and planning your daily activities and restaurant reservations on day 1. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and look forward to visiting again!

Pros: The resort was good, everyone was friendly, the housekeepers were very helpful. The shows the resort had at night were good. The golfcarts on the resort were amazing and the luggage service was amazing as well. Cons: there were no morning activities for visitors but it would have been nice to join one pilates class or pickleball. The paths at night were very dark and there should be better lighting. Construction was happening in a building not too far from us and we were unsure where to go, we found out after the fact that there was another path to our room. No tacos were served at the resort, which was unfortunate, the Mexican culture is a bit hidden at the resort. The room was not ready when we arrived at 3pm and check in was at 3pm. Once we got a room, the sofa bed looked dirty and we needed to call concierge to fix the sofa bed. The bathroom door was hard to open. There was a shower door handle that was very dirty. The chairs, ottoman and furniture were dirty. The details about the shopping tour provided by the resort were not explained well. The service at breakfast at Butchers was not prompt. We had lunch at the park place and the servers never came to us, but they came to the Caucasian guests (I'm a woman of color). We were informed by Karen on the last night of our stay that we had free hydrotherapy session, she stated she would escalate the issue but that never happened. I emailed guest services-no response. We had high hopes but my friend and I were let down.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Manager Karen was extremely helpful dealing with offsite bookings and restaurant reservations. One attendant in the main buffet made paper roses for our granddaughters and was very attentive. Staff were very proactive in dealing with food allergies. Eating in the buffet was somewhat challenging with food allergies however specialty restaurants were amazing. Room was not very clean - mold in the lampshades and other areas. Entire property is in need of some TLC (maintenance, painting, etc.) Specialty restaurants had very limited availability and entertainment was late night.

We had an amazing experience! The room was incredibly spacious with a separate siting area and a balcony overseeing one of the many green areas, great area to have a morning coffee. The bathroom was a retreat in itself, with a large soaking tub and the modern fixtures made it feel luxurious. I must mention Erik, one of the resort's guest services staff who went out of the way to ensure our stay was memorable by inviting us to a wine tasting and assisting us to make dinner reservations at the Bazaar, one of the many restaurants on the premises. (all food and drinks are covered through your all inclusive, except wine). Furthermore to our surprise we found out that hotel guest who book through Expedia get a free hydro therapy session at the spa; shoutout to Carla and Gerardo the hydro area attendants who were incredible! we also booked a massage and facial. We are definately going back!

The reason I gave a 3-star rating is because of a few things. 1 being they put us on the 3rd floor without a working elevator, had they mentioned that at check in I would have told them I could not handle the stairs with bad knees. The light in the bathroom is on a motion detector and would continually shut off every few minutes while you were in the shower, tub or using the toilet. We had a horrible experience with room service that I won't get into because I do get that things happen, but it was disgusting! I will say I was there with 8 other people and other than my sisters air conditioner not working and she packed herself up and insisted on a new room they all didn't have any of the issues we did and were very happy. The staff is amazing, beds were comfortable, and food was pretty good, except for the coffee and desserts.

I liked being able to go to a different restraunts each night. The beach area was nice, and able to do some snorkeling. All the food areas had plenty of choices. And plenty of pools if you wanted to take some time away from the ocean. All the staff treated everybody with courtesy and a smile, and would do anything to make your stay the best possible.
