Great service from reception staff. Allowed us early access to our room, 10am. Very well equipped gyms ( 3 gyms , 1 was women only).A clothes steamer and free bottled water in every room. View of the mosque and sea was fab.

Rooms were good, spacious, great bed. Breakfast was a mess, and the staff was unorganized. There were plates missing, food trays were empty, no waiter service. I understand the hotel was fully booked but a 5 star hotel needs to know how to handle this.

The team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, showing a level of service that reflects true hospitality.
