Reserved room with 2 queen beds. Reservation was changed to king with pullout. Pullout was stained. Moved to king suite with pullout. Pullout is flimsy and other adult had to put “mattress” on floor just to sleep. Rooms were infested with beetles looked like lady bug but not. Definitely NOT Marriott standards. Front desk clerk was pleasant and did best to try and fix issues but had no help.

The room was exceptionally clean. The hotel host was super nice as she even helped with our waffles in the morning. Overall I would stay here again. The staff were friendly too.

Only complaints I have is the pool was small and the pillows was a little flat. Other than that it’s actually the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in. Comfy bed, huge bathroom, great breakfast, friendly staff, clean, and big tv. Overall great stay!

Bug in bed

The room was clean snd smelled good. Only problem we had was their was a roach in the bed. I killed it with my shoe. I was sleep and woke up and noticed it
