Terrible it is dirty. They have homeless people on the property. There was a shooting in the parking lot during my stay. The people in the room next to me had physical altercation all day and night. Music blasted till 3-4 in the morning. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

After I checked in I went to the assigned room and it was small and depressing what was worst was the smell of moth balls that was overwhelming. The smell just got worse. Once i laid on the bed it smelled like poop really disgusting and it was just getting worse. Imagine poop and moth balls mixed together. I couldnt stay there. Asked the receptionist to provide me with another room and said there were fully booked. He offered me a refund which i took it immediately. Area was really strange and bad. Never again. Stay away!

The experience was good we stayed here for a few weeks while we looked for a new apartment and the staff was always friendly and accommodating prices were good and it made a stressful transition much easier on us

My door would not open with the key. I went to the front desk he scan the cards again. I went back to the door and the keys didn’t work. Went back to the front desk and the clerk came to the room with a screw driver and opened the mechanism with the batteries all out in the open. He opened the door and then left. As I left the room the key didn’t work. He never tried the key or changed the batteries. I didn’t feel comfortable in the area. Seems like a lot of sketchy stuff happening. The comforter had burn stains. I left right away. I did not feel safe . Especially after the door was opened with a screwdriver

Upon first entering room it was clear it was not cleaned properly between guests, crumbs and sticky residue on the floors. The bedding had definitely not been washed, it looked like they just re-made the dirty beds after the previous guests left..there were hairs, glitter and stains throughout the bedding. But beyond worst of all is we now believe that, 5 minutes after first going into the room we returned to the car to grab the rest of our bags, and someone entered our room! My 17 year old nephew was in the shower while this happened! I was in the parking lot maybe 10 mins grabbing bags, when i returned to the room and noticed one bed was missing the top blanket. Nothing else appeared to be missing, so we were very confused and honestly thought one of us was pranking the other....but then 24 hrs later, after returning home, someone had got access to my debit card numbers and was attempting to buy chinese food at a place in the local vacinity to the hotel. My cards were not physically stolen but it is now my belief that someone may have entered our room,in the 10 mins it took me to go down to the parking lot and back, went thru my wallet and took down the card information, and took the hotel blanket. Now that i realize what likely actually happened...I plan on calling the albany police to file a report. DO NOT stay at this place!! I wish we had read reviews before booking but unfortunately it was too late and we were stuck there due to horrible road conditions.

This Hotel didnt have the bateoom cleaned at all, the floors were Filthy, some outlets didnt even work,didn't have a coffee pot or a hair dryer. Pool and spa have been shut down since Covid. They have bums hanging out in the empty lobby. Was not happy overall.
