There was roachs in our second room the sink was leaking the room stunk a there was drug addiction people there. I liked the first room but wasn’t big enough for our dog

The staff was very kind however I did book and pay for a room with a jacuzzi tub which I did not get. I brought this to the attention of the staff and they couldn't accommodate me woth the room I paied for nor didn't want to refund me the money.

Upon arrival I had an easy check -in. Went to room and dropped off bags and left to go explore and eat out. Didn’t get back to the room until 10:30 pm, 3 hours after arriving. Upon entering the room we could smell pot and cigarette. The bathroom door was dysfunctional. It took all my weight to open and close it as it was dragging along the tile floor. I immediately went to the front desk to ask for a different room and was reprimanded by the clerk, asked why I waited 3 hours after check in and was informed we had 10 minutes to report issues after check in. I asked if smoking was allowed and he answered no but refused to go investigate who was smoking stating “it wasn’t his job”. Sadly no other rooms were available. I was scheduled to stay two nights but decided to check out the next morning cutting our stay short. Very disappointed with this establishment. Will never recommend and highly suggest others to read reviews regarding the smoking if you don’t smoke.

The property was a dump. The room comforter were dirty. The door handle were disgusting. Tape on the walls. The women hanging out looked like call girls. Dogs barking. Got there at 4pm. Left at 615pm.

Stinky, Dirty, Dusty. Had to wait for the receptionist for a long time, both checking in and out. I made all 3 reservations and they wanted the names of my guests and their IDs. One per room. SMDH

The staff is rude, they also overbook and may likely not let you check in although you have a reservation, there are roaches and creeping insects in the rooms Low water pressure so showers don’t flow properly Also poor housekeeping service
