A modern family villa located in Cerro de Aguia, just 500m from some great local restaurants and mini-markets, offering good outdoor space, great pool area, surrounded by lawns situated in a peaceful setting yet only a few minutes' drive to the nearest beach at Gale (2km) and the bars, beaches and restaurants of the resort of Albufeira.



On the ground floor there's a bright open-plan lounge, dining room which is a really cool and light space due to patio doors which lead to the pool. Lounge furniture includes a comfy sofa and armchair, a TV and DVD player showing a selection of English channels, and, in the dining area, a wood and glass table and chairs and also benefits from free WiFi. Also, on the ground floor is the fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast table. There is also a WC bathroom, one twin bedroom and a family bathroom.



To the first floor you will find two further bedrooms, one double and one twin which share a bathroom.



Outside, there's a large terrace with high quality wooden dining furniture, and a brick-built barbecue oven. The magnificent swimming pool has Roman steps leading into the shallow end.

Superbe villa en Algarve

la villa est située à quelques kilomètres de la Marina, de jolies plages et commerces. A seulement 15 minutes de Zoomarine (top pour les enfants) Emplacement parfait pour découvrir des petits villages typiques d’Algarve) Elle est spacieuse et très bien équipée (même si nous avons joué de malchance car la climatisation ne fonctionnait plus à notre arrivée et malheureusement n’a pas été réparée durant nos 3 semaines) la vue est très agréable ainsi que l’espace extérieur avec une belle et grande piscine. Seul bémol beaucoup d’aboiement de chiens dans le voisinage.
