From the moment we arrived the staff were fabulous from the front of house to the maintenance team you bumped into around the complex. 5 yo 10 mintue walk to beach Broadbeach shops or Pacfic Fair Shopping Mall. Tram shopsnear by. Rooms where great. We were on 23rd floorwith fabulous views. Beds were fabulous. Great complex and stay.

I liked the location of the property. The staff were friendly and helpful. The car park could do with a cleanup. There was litter and quite challenging to find a park.

Close to the convention centre and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. I couldn’t get the t.v to work and someone was sent to fix it. They were unable to fix it. I will find accommodation with a working television next time.
