I would have been better off at a multitude of "3 star" hotels. How this place is rated "4 stars" is beyond me. No convenience items in the room: coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator. Just a minibar stocked with overpriced junk food and $13 water. Only one sheet on the bed, so had to choose between sleeping on the mattress directly or having the comforter directly touching me. When I checked in they said the bar was open until 10 PM, but when I came down at 7 I found it had closed at 6. What kind of bar closes at 6? Breakfast starts at 7 but I'm out by 6, no coffee anywhere. As I'm sitting here writing this review, I heard two employees mocking my name without realizing it's me in the lobby, classy..

Great place for downtown fun

The stay at Arrive was great, room was clean, the aesthetics were very nice, and the downtown scene is walking distance. Be sure to pay the parking fee if you want private gated parking on hotel property. Otherwise, be prepared to park in the public parking lot overnight, which has a separate fee of their own.

The staff is friendly but the manager Brie is extremely rude and unprofessional. There is little parking, homeless everywhere, random people right outside the hotel playing loud music, can hear the cars going crazy outside. Honestly it’s not worth the headache and my money could have been better used somewhere else.

On the west side of hotel, very loud at night. Due to loud cars, motor cycles and music. My wife and I were on the 6th floor. Homeless in the park across the street. No coffee in rooms or in lobby. The staff was awesome. I saw a supervisor do an outstanding job defusing a situation with an A Hole customer. The rooms very clean and modern. The bed very comfortable.

The motel was darling! Extremely clean and such a neat place! The area is definitely a party area since it’s on the a strip of all bars. They provide earplugs if that tells you anything. Obviously, it was my poor lack of knowledge of the area. That is the only complaint which isn’t the motels fault but the traffic noise is insane. Literally just people cruising and have their base turned up as high as it’ll go in the car lol. If you’re deaf or a night owl, then it won’t be an issue for you.
