Would have liked to have been told upon check in about housekeeping requests therefore my room was not serviced. Hot tub broke down on first night and front desk said it would be fixed by next day but it wasn’t.

The room has a very musty and old odor as does the hallway. the breakfast was so so. i was mostly concerned with the fact that the door wouldn't shut all the way to my room unless I pushed it shut hard. that's a major security issue.
