Call front desk about tv not working, clerck s a id I will be right over to check, still waiting. Desk and night stands dirty (stiky substance all over them). Bathtub dirty previous customers hairs were still in it. I have stayed there before and it was good, but this time not good at all.

Rough experience

The are renovating the hotel, and starting at about 630AM, you are woken up to banging and hammering on the walls for the renovation. At least warn your customers that they will be forced to wake up at 630AM. I was on the first floor and there were children running up and down the hallway until 230AM. It was obnoxious. Complaint to the front desk changed nothing. I got very little sleep at this hotel. Ended up leaving a day earlier than planned. Noisiest Hotel. I've ever encountered. Would not stay again. Would not reccomend.

The hotel looks very different from the pictures. I was given a room on the second floor, but there’s no elevator. The place smells musty and is dirty, especially the carpet. The room door is made of old wood and is very hard to open and close. The air conditioner makes a loud noise constantly, and the room is so dusty that I didn’t dare to place any of my belongings anywhere. The bathroom curtain is yellowed and has a strong musty odor.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The ceilings were nicely painted in the room. But our bathroom wasn't cleaned and had hair all over and the soap was left from the previous tenant in the shower. floor in our room had food from my hoping the last person that stayed in that room. The beds were clean and it was comfortable.

Hallway smelled like marijuana. I didn’t feel safe. No one was working breakfast (wiping down tables and counters), trash of sugar packets and creamer containers were piling up, people showed up to breakfast in their pajamas (not the fault of the hotel; more a comment on the level of clientele…the guests are always dressed at La Quinta). Anyway, we won’t ever go back.

When we arrived at the property, everything was dirty in the room, the air didn't work, the toilet was very loose, the bathtub sink was loose and leaking water everywhere, the bathtub was clogged, the water didn't drain, when we took a shower they never cleaned the room, we asked for towels and they didn't give us any, the pool was dirty and there were two cockroaches in the water, there was a lot of noise from everywhere and the people in front of the desk didn't pay attention to you, when you spoke to them they ignored you, it was the first time we stayed there and the last time.

Front desk clerk Albert was very nice. The place is a little run down our bathroom fan squeaked so loud we left it off. The hallway carpet was dirty and a light smell. Didnt know there was no elevator. I have a bad knee to walk upstairs. Thank goodness albert helped.
