Nice hotel. Rooms spotless and very comfortable. Well priced bar and restaurant. Walking distance to the Loch. Staff super friendly. Very well priced in an expensive area.

Hotel was clean and in good condition. Good location. Staff friendly and helpful. No separate reception area, you check in at the end of the bar. Bar closed quite early.

The best feature for me was its proximity to Loch Lomond and some great bars and restaurants. Plus the rooms were great, very clean and a comfy bed.

Modern clean hotel. TV did not work properly in both rooms. Restaurant food poor. Staff disinterested QR codes did not work. Massively over priced. Discounts only worked if booking direct but cost £20 per night more!

The hotel was clean and modern. The pub was basic with cardboard food. Staff were uninterested. Qr codes for discounts did not work. Good location but still about half a mile from the loch. Massively overpriced. Name misleading.

Wonderful

Absolutely lovely. Weve stayed at Marston's Inns before but not this one. Exactly what we expected. Comfortable rooms, great food, lovely staff. Yes, the hotel needs updating but its still brilliant.
