Staff were incredibly friendly, especially the front desk who helped me spice a lost package and had it sent to the hotel. Breakfast was top notch and had an abundance of options. Amenities were also exceptional and there was always a chair by the pool to lounge. The sunset patio with the bar was also a great bonus. Incredible ocean views were unbelievable.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the ocean view room and the views from the balcony were amazing. The hotel also has free parking which was very convenient, and very delicious breakfast. One recommendation is for the hotel staff to provide cork opener in the room.. we had to call room service and pay 3 euros for staff to come and open wine bottle which is kind of strange. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and location was perfect.

Had a warm welcome from moncef at reception upon landing and checking into the hotel and have been upgraded to a suite by Ikram given some problems I had with my room. Thanks to both and the rest of the team for making my stay all the more convenient and enjoyable. Some of the facilities like the racket sport and gym were not available at the time of my stay. The hotel could do with some variety to the buffet breakfast as I’d got tired of having the same thing every morning. Otherwise well maintained clean rooms / suites, nice indoor swimming pool and spacious green garden to lounge at. Above all thanks to the really helpful staff!

Breathtaking views, excellent service, wonderful breakfast. The staff was very efficient and helpful. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Carvoeiro.
