• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 October - 31 March, EUR 0.50 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April - 30 September, EUR 1.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• Destination fee: EUR 2.00 per person, per night. This fee does not apply to children under 10 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 50 per accommodation, per stay
• Seasonally adjusted heating fee: EUR 10.00 per accommodation, per night

• Uncovered self parking fee: EUR 7.00 per night (in/out privileges)
• Pet fee: EUR 50 per pet, per stay
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Air conditioning fee: EUR 10.00 per night
