This property offers only the first floor, with the ground floor unoccupied, ensuring total exclusivity for tenants. Access is very convenient thanks to the Old Road of Malaga, which quickly connects with Alhaurín el Grande in just 10 minutes by car and with Malaga Airport in 30 minutes. Additionally, you will be close to tourist destinations such as Torremolinos, Nerja, Ronda and Fuengirola.



The property is completely fenced, with a private gate and secure parking within the grounds. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by an elevated pool with sun all day long, equipped with sun loungers and garden furniture for total relaxation. The pool has a secure access with a wrought iron fence, ideal for families. 🏊‍♂️🌴
