Staff was great. Rooms were dirty. Had to change rooms once due to a cockroach running across the main tv shelf. Breakfast was late we had to skip it. Beds in our second room were good. Door latch mechanism was missing on bathroom door and roomdor lock was out of alignment and didnt lock

Absolutely horrible.. 1st night we had to switch rooms because the jacuzzi tub didn’t work. 2nd room the jacuzzi stopped working after 10 minutes, the room was NOT CLEANED there was old breadsticks candy and shot glasses under the bed, candy and balloons and dirty socks under the couch, the towel rack fell off the wall when we went to hang the towels up & there was marijuana cigarettes in the window ledge when we opened the window. Tv remote was missing, went to get another from the front desk, had no batteries. Went to get batteries— only 3 tv channels came in. Notified front desk numerous times of issues and was told “I’m sorry”. Pictures look nice but DO NOT stay here!!

The staff are amazing, that said the room needs updating. Carpet had lots of stains as did the accent chair and ottoman. I developed a small rash over the course of three days. I hope its not ringworm.
