I recently stayed at this hotel for a 2-day work visit and overall had a wonderful experience. The facilities are excellent—comfortable, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for remote working. The front desk staff were amazing: professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist, which made my stay even smoother. However, I did have a less positive encounter with the room service staff. When I politely mentioned that I was finishing a remote meeting and would be leaving shortly so the room could be cleaned, the response I received was not particularly friendly. While this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay, it stood out. Despite this, I will definitely return to this hotel for future work visits because of the great overall service and professional front desk team.

We have stayed at New Haven Hotel many times and remains one of our go-tos when in the area. It is priced just right, has parking, the staff is always great and it’s in a fantastic area for walking to get drinks and food.

In all my traveling the front desk Staff was the friendliest and most hospitable I have ever experienced. They treated my friend and I with such warmth for my one night stay it really left an impression. The Hotel was bright modern and Comfortable.

This is a nice hotel and a good value. My only complaint is that there's a single light switch in the bathroom which turns on all of the lights and a fan that's as loud as a jet engine. So, you can't have a bathroom light on at night. It's doubly a shame because the hotel has invested in beautiful back-lit vanity mirrors that have their own adjustable light built-in, but it can't be on without the fan and other lights.
