From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Booked this for my birthday specifically looking for heated pool, called before booking asked if they had heated pool they said they did. When we arrived the water was FREEZING! tHEY SAID THE HEATER HAD BROKEN. The SHOWER water was freezing so bad it gave us a headache while showering! The staff said to leave it running for 10 minutes we left it running 30 never warmed up! We called to complain they said they would send a tech they didnt. The fridge was not working we called to complain they said they would send a tech, they never did AGAIN!
