Upon arriving we were told no jacuzzi or swimming pool, which was one of the main reason we picked the hotel. Then we were given the wrong room key. The toilet was really really loose too. Other than that it was ok.

The phone didn't work; which the maintenence person tried to repair with no luck. You have use your lig in to access the streaming apps which i find disheartening after paying what we did. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful dispise the flaws in the room.

They have completely updated the entire place and it is absolutely beautiful!!!!! They have a bagle bar for breakfast so doing expect anything else but the bagles were great for us.

We picked the first floor room but it (103 room) is too noisy due to three AC units outside the window. So we didn’t use it and asked the front desk if we could exchange a quiet. So they did. Very friendly staff!

The staff for check in was great on a beautiful Friday. I had a long drive and wanted to get some rest before finishing my trip to Colorado. However, when I went to my room to take a shower the water went cool fast from hot. As I was getting ready for bed a saw a bed bug. I notified the front desk by showing him the bug in a napkin. He immediately gave me a room across the hall. However, that room AC wouldn’t cool the room. So, I was hot all night. I didn’t want to ask for another room in fear of another problem. The staff assured me that they would leave a note for the manager and director to give me a call on Monday. I never received a call. So, now I have to keep calling to see if anyone would compensate me for the inconvenience during this stay.
