I called for the airport shuttle that they advertise. It only runs on the hour and they stated I had 30 minutes to wait. I waited and the shuttle drove right by the stop . I called the hotel and the woman was rude and dismissive telling me it takes “30 minutes “ . Finally after another hotel shuttle passed me twice ( he picked up and dropped off twice ) he gave me a ride . Then when I went back to the airport I needed a 6:20 pickup to which I was told it was hourly and it has a 15 minute margin of error. This is hardly a hotel shuttle. It should not be advertised as such

Obviously old hotel with out building. Seeing junk around the property so appearance run down. Dark hallways not great lighting. Furniture in room was old like lamps as example. Since some rooms are far from front desk suggest vending machines for snacks and drinks.

The hotel clerk Javany was amazing and was able to provide us a room as close to the entrance to assist with my husbands mobility issues. Hotel bar had a great happy hour offer for drinks and appetizers thanks Diego for the great service. Breakfast buffet had a great selection of hot and fresh food at $9.00 was a great deal. Our stay was pleasant and excellent value for what we paid. Would stay again

Would definitely stay again. Staff at check in were great and very helpful. Dining room with a bar super cute and intimate. Bartender was phenomenal and friendly!!! Rooms were clean with roku tv's which made it super convenient to continue watching my own shows rather than live tv!!! Overall 9.5 bc the morning staff was not as great!!
