They still didn’t have both elevators working, which was a problem 5 weeks. Not acceptable with a 5 story hotel.

The attention to details can make the difference between a pleasant or unpleasant hotel stay. We were assigned room 101 which is adjacent to an outside door. Every time someone goes through that door, there is a loud banging noise. I was woken up early and there was no getting back to sleep. While the room was comfortable and clean and the included breakfast was good, I did not enjoy my experience at the Drury. I hope this review encourages them to address this issue.

Upon my arrival I was impressed since its layout is different than other Drury hotels I’ve stayed at. I was unimpressed with some of the trash in the lobby & elevator tho. Staff was nice & professional and breakfast was fine. The parking to me was a bit sketchy tho. It’s basically a part Drury pkg connected to restaurant pkg with full accessibility to anyone.

The staff at the front desk was the friendliest and kindest that I’ve ever encountered. She was welcoming and a true breath of fresh air. The hotel is always accommodating, clean and such a great location!
