I would have rated the room at five stars, as it was clean, quiet, in good maintenance, and the staff was polite and professional. What degraded my rating is the fact that IHG put a $20 tracer on my card twice, once on my trip out east, and once again when I was on my return leg. The oldest tracer is three weeks old and has yet to fall off the card. There is no logical reason whatsoever for a business placing a hold for "incidentals" (of which there were none) that lasts three weeks or more. Fix this issue and you'll earn a five-star rating from me. Thank you.
