This place definitely exceeded my expectations. The price was great and the room was very clean and welcoming. The Continental breakfast had a lot of really great options that I had not seen at other hotels. Good coffee as well. It was a breath of fresh air after the last hotel we had stayed in, which was pretty terrible. Glad I got the opportunity to experience the Holiday inn Express! Will definitely be staying there again.

It was fine for what we needed, which was a clean, comfortable bed and a warm shower. Maid service every day with towel replacement, without asking, which was nice. However maid service didn't necessarily include picking up all dirty towels or replacing sugar packets when used. But minor issues at the end of the day. Also, room and hotel in general smelled musty or "stuffy". None of those good hotel smells you experience at more expensive hotels. Oh and no soft closing doors. Every room door was super heavy and slammed extremely loud every time someone went in and out of their room. And beware of front automatic doors. It'll slam shut on you even if you're not all the way through them. Oh well. Still mainly 4 stars overall
