Heater in room didn't work, shower head is leaking, tub and bathroom door filthy, huge spot on rug where something was spilled and maybe cleaned? Was super wet. Mold around entry door. Room needed a lot of touch up with paint and ceiling peeling bad in shower area. This was the 5th time staying here and was really surprised on how bad of shape this room was compared to my other stays.

The room had multiple roaches in the bathroom, bed, and everywhere. Literally, everywhere. There was no hot water and when we brought it up with the staff they didn’t care and basically said we were lying. When we asked for our money back so we could go somewhere else, instead of refunding the money they took 450 from our accounts and we had to call the bank to get it back. Horrible experience.

Comfortable bed. Dog friendly. Hot breakfast. The park nearby is overrun with homeless people and stray dogs so it’s kinda unsafe. The breakfast was eggs and waffles but I wish they had ketchup or hot sauce but it was just ok.
