Very different hotel all rooms are quirky Very clean and comfortable Tall thin building typical of the old Amsterdam buildings which means access to some rooms are via stairs so be aware if you have mobility issues Very basic look to reception and entry from the street but the rooms we stays in were good We stayed twice here and on both occasions the reception staff were so friendly and helpful Odd little hotel in lots of ways but would stay again !

Our room was perfect and cosy, it’s so easy to get anywhere from this hotel with central station only down the road and plenty of shop and food shops open till late and the staff are amazing, very friendly and kind, especially the night staff who spent the time to talk to us and made us feel welcome and gave brilliant recommendations couldn’t of hoped for better staff

Always found men hanging about the door.. some smoking weed which drifted inside the reception area.. Something ne also opened my door with a key without knocking.. Other guests could be heard talking etc so kept me awake a few nights.. I’d recommend using another hotel to be fair

Perfect stay

Perfect little room for myself and my son. In the middle of the centre 5 minutes walk from Amsterdam Central train station. Just Perfect. Highly recommend for your mini city break

Comfortable bed, although the king room was tight. No matter, we only slept there. Well situated for train and tours. Heart of tourist area was annoying as the streets were very busy and dirty. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff were Excellent!!!,

Great location

Very central hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Had a place to store luggage and a safe in the room. No tea or coffee in room but facilities downstairs to do so. Vending machine was not working which was disappointing but plenty of shops nearby.
