Good view. efficient design

Our stay was fine. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and efficiently designed. I appreciated how our room was facing the main road. Hotel is well located, rather centrally located.

Ibis is a franchise more for budge travelers, but it holds high standards in room cleanness, customer service. Staff members at the front deck are extremely help and knowledgeable about Amsterdam. thank you

Worst customer service ever

Do not stay here! We missed our train from Paris delaying our arrival. We called and confirmed we would be arriving the next day. Upon arrival we were told by a very rude night clerk that he was aware of a cancellation charge on our record but acted indifferent when we tried to explain what had transpired. He had us step aside to assist three other parties that had arrived after us. After 42 minutes, at near midnight now we walked out to search for accommodations for the next three nights. This clerk let over a thousand dollars walk right out the door, really pissed off.DO NOT stay here.

We stayed here on a last minute vacation. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. The staff at the breakfast buffet was also very nice. Our room was a little smaller than expected but very quiet. Overall, we were pleased with this property.

Staff were excellent - from check in, to answering questions to the breakfast team. There isn’t an iron in the room but you can borrow from the front desk. Also if you have your do not disturb on, the housekeeping leaves you fresh towels in a bag at your door - so kind! I wish there were more outlets near the bed but that’s a minor inconvenience. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows.
