We had a wonderful time in Amsterdam. The hotel is really well located, the breakfast was wonderful and the staff really friendly and welcoming.

Hotel was fine and in good location. Most places are walkable and tram station / metro station is nearby. Room was small but that wasn’t a problem. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaners forgot to restock coffee pods on day which is really annoying when you are limited to one coffee each each day.

Amazing staff, very welcoming and easy to check in and check out with, the room was clean and comfortable apart from the desk chair which is cramped against the bed, only downside is the noise you can hear through the joining door so the next room is very audible. Other than that it's a great place to stay in a perfect central location

Lovely hotel, was almost a perfect review however there were a few minor details with the cleaning of the room (I.e the mirror in the bathroom had finger marks) one of the pillows had a stain. But overall was a pleasant stay and I will definitely be returning. Location was great.

Great central location. Restaurants, shopping and tram stations all very close by. We walked everywhere. Nice, friendly staff. Can order additional amenities such as coffee pods, bedding, etc easily online and they were delivered to room fairly quickly. Rooms are clean, updated, nice bathroom but the room is small and beds are hard, especially if you’re used to sleeping on any type of mattress topper such as memory foam. Walls were pretty thin too but it was fairly quiet during our stay so not a problem for sleeping.

The hotel is perfectly placed to explore the city by foot or public transport. The breakfast offered a good variety of hot and cold food and drinks, including vegan options. We did not try the evening meal. Hotel staff were helpful and efficient. Our family room was spacious and clean. We would certainly consider booking this hotel again on our next visit to Amsterdam.
