Nice budget hotel . Great location . Super helpful and friendly staff. Ample breakfast. The only down side very noisy neighbors all night long with thin walls and windows.

Hotel is a bit older and run down. Wallpaper was peeling. The place could use some renovation. But for the price I paid, it wasn’t terrible. Would I be excited to stay here again? Nah. Would I deal with it to not get gouged at a fancier hotel? Probably.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Hotel location is excellent. Steps from Dam square. Only a couple of minutes to the metro and trams. Many restaurants in the surrounding streets. 10 min walk to Ann Frank house and Central station. Rooms in need of decorating and were dark. But clean nevertheless. Breakfast was good too.

We were NEVER told before we checked in that the water was being turned off EVERY DAY between 11:30 and 3:00. The room was OK. Clean. Hotel was old but nice. Location was great. In the Red Light District. Walkable.

The room was efficient, with a fridge, table and two chairs. We had a court yard view room, so it was quiet. A street view room may not be so quiet as the area is busy and noisy at times. The room cleaning staff were great. Front desk was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is quirky as it had been an old theatre. Has a retro look. The room was a bit dated but very clean. The bathroom was large with a great shower. Location is ideal and walkable from the Central Train Station. It was a perfect location from which to explore the city. Many restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance.

We had just come off a boat cruise so it was early but they got our room ready as soon as possible and stored our luggage till it was ready. Good neighborhood lots of restaurants and across from Dam Square and shopping.
