Adequate Plus

Basic hotel, all our needs were met. Decent breakfast with plenty of choice and excellent coffee. I would stay again.

Old hotel, room was too small to open my suitcase , bed in a bad condition, street noise is too high for anyone to sleep, taking a shower was a nightmare with the water switching from extreme hot to icy cold every 10 seconds!!! The only good thing about this place is that it's in the city center.

Nice location, older hotel

Great location. Part of the floor creaked a lot when we walked. I'm sure the people below us could hear, as we could hear the people above us walking. The room lighting was also a bit strange with just two bedside lights, and no overhead light. The staff was friendly and helpful with our many questions. The place was clean and safe.

The RHO is just fine if you’re looking for something in a convenient location. However, the rooms are dated, and the carpets in the room are super dirty. My white socks were brown after walking around in our room. We had to move from our first room to another because it reeked of weed. Next time, I’d look for a nicer hotel further away from the city centre.

If you are looking for something centrally located and easy this is it. It’s not sexy, stylish or cool. It’s a decent place to lay your head. I thought it was expensive but all AMS hotels are.

The property was really well positioned for a tourist in the city! Just off of major streets but quiet. Hotel is quite dated but everything was clean and comfortable. For a single person traveling alone - it was great! My only complaints were no ice and only feather/featherlike pillows. None that were more supportive. Overall though, would definitely stay again. I loved the hotel’s character!

Staff in the front office needs to be more friendly instead of aggressive. When I checked in an older gentleman was very angry about something and just because I asked him I checked in online he was not being polite so I went out to bring my wife and some lady helped me.
