Older style hotel , needs a touch up. Breakfast staff were totally amazing., but overall room needs to be refurbished And not very comfortable for 2 adults and a child , no room to move once luggage was in the room . So disappointing for what you pay for . This was a lifetime trip to Disneyland and handy location , but definitely not value for money. Would I stay there again…. No

It’s an older hotel, reasonably well maintained. On the plus side the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was pretty average, nothing fancy and nothing terrible. The view was bad with the window looking straight at a wall and some ventilation ducts and it was annoying to pay an exorbitant price and not even get warm water for the shower in the morning. Overall alright for one night but way overpriced for what it was.

Rooms where clean but things where not. The room we had must have had a pet before us and the couches had dog hairon then. Asked for extra sheets to cover. The front desk asked if we wanted to move. Very helpful. Majority just some handles and under sink needed dusting and cleaning. In all worth the price and staff really helpful

The hotel itself only had (1) one entrance. The room felt dated and needed repair. There was a balcony but no capability to open the sliding door. The shower head was on a slider made of plastic and the weight of the water pressure kept pulling the shower head below my waist. I'm 5'10" made bathing experience very challenging. The locker had a physical key that you carry; I terrified I'd lose the key and gain THAT charge as well. I don't think I would pick this hotel when returning to Anaheim.
