Rooms were very old on arrival found we had been put into rooms next to icemaker which is very loud all the time our receptionist was very kind and moved rooms but one was next to lift feel booking through expedia you get old and bad area rooms

Everything was fantastic. Checkin was a breeze, we got there a little early and had no issues. Was offered an upgrade for a bit extra per night which I took. We watched fireworks from our room because of the upgrade. Amazing! I did Uber eats several times and the front has a drop off area for the drivers so I didn't have to worry about meeting them. It was fabulous. Uber eats Porto's to your hotel. Best hack ever.

As if the rooms aren't expensive enough, they charge you $10.00 for the Internet, that's ridiculous! I wake up in the morning and go to make coffee and everything's there but the coffee cups really... What do they expect the pour of coffee in my hand and then $30 a night for parking the staff was not friendly at all. If you don't belong to the club, they treat you like a stranger I will never stay here again.

The elevators did not work. We had to use the stairs and after a long day at Disney last thing I wanted to do is go up and down 7 floors of stairs being PREGNANT. They had one running for the whole property and it took nearly 20 min for you to get on.

Great room, comfortable bed. Made our trip for a convention super easy to walk back and forth as needed. Starbucks is nearby too and you can walk to pick up an order really easily and miss all the tourist crowds. Would definitely stay again!

This use to be a nice hotel. It has gone down drastically over the past 6 months. The air conditioning does not function in multiple rooms. Have had this issue the last several times staying here. You can set the AC to 60f and it will rise to over 70f overnight even though it's only 50f outside. This latest trip, the elevators were not functioning. Only 1 of the 4 elevators worked and it had to stop at every floor. The fixtures in the room are falling apart. The shower faucet leaks and doesn't adjust. the light switches on the lamps are broken. The sliding door to the balcony doesn't close properly. The carpet is gross. The refrigerator doesn't work properly. Will never return.

Updated room stood out, it was more chic than utilitarian for families. But, we had plenty of outlets for our charging and medical devices. The new age closet/shelf armor was annoying to open and close and the whole fridge moves when you try to open it. We loved the nice deck. The towels were soft and comfy.
