Room overlooked ALL the hvac units for the entire building, and we could hear each one running, starting, stopping (the noisiest bit) all night. Booking included breakfast, advertised and even has on the menus “buffet breakfast”… they don’t do that any more apparently. We got a choice of one item.

The balcony turned out to be irrelevant due to inclement weather but the view was unimpressive. The room was not what I requested, and noisy due to lobby adjacent location. There was nothing to do in the immediate area but it wasn't inconvenient when you have a car -- but if you plan on rideshare travel, expect to spend $$$. Overall, the combo of location, price, and room location left me unsatisfied.

We requested a balcony with a water view. We received a room with the view of the drop off area. The only water we could see was the fountain in front of the building. Also our room had a handicap shower. So every time we showed the water splash all over the floor. Leaving us to wipe it up with a towel. Finally it was advertised as being downtown and within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. It took 40 minutes to walk to the center of the city.

The hotel is clean and has good facilities.The pool area and rooftop patio with views of the marina are lovely. My room was spacious and comfotable. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The main issue with this hotel is that it's located in the middle of nowhere with no amenities or restaurants close by. It's located right next to a busy highway off ramp which you have to cross if you want to walk into the city - pretty dangerous. If you can't or don't want to walk the only alternative is to Uber which adds up. The hotel should offer a shuttle into the city given its inconvenient location.

Never again. The balcony door was broken. Came in late so i didnt contact desk bc its not like they coukd do anything even thou they said they may have and i was in no mood to be changing rooms after i was ready for bed. We stocked all out luggage next to the door just incase. The next day they changed my room (such and inconvenience) and it was not the cleanest.since i booked with expedia they wouldnt refund a night but offered me breakfast. (It was gross).apparently they wouldnt do anything if i booked thru them anyways bc i didnt report itbright away. Btw i got in after 2am.im a hilton honor member and lately have been very disappointed with the hotels. This is the last time i use expedia or hilton. Hope this reaches someone

The hotel was up to the usual Hilton standards. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Toni, the graveyard-shift front-desk person. Only two recommendations: Make parking and the morning breakfast “buffet” complimentary for guests.
