Room needs more cleaning, ventilation looks like it needs a good cleaning. Is dirty with cow webs in the ventilation bents. Also the toilet bowl is yellow due to lack of cleaning. Ceiling needs a fresh paint, it got some dark spots on it.

Very nice staff, room was just ok. Our first room had a bed that was very uncomfortable. In fact, my husband was convinced that it was broken so we complained and they moved us into another room the next night. The bed was decent in that room. Both rooms were very dated and needs to be renovated Overall the room didnt feel that clean

My family and i enjoyed the stay. This was a last minute idea to stay in a hotel due to the snow storm, I work nearby and didnt want to travel far. So I packed up the family and came for a stay. We decided to stay an extra day! Kenjuana was excellent with helping me get situated!

Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was better than expected and quite good for a hotel continental offering with tasty hot and cold choices. Good value for the convenience to highway and downtown whether visiting the campus or hospital at U of M.
