During the night we woke up because the smell of marijuana was so strong in our room. We had a baby in a pack and play by the bathroom door and had to move him because the smell was so strong. The people in the hall and room beside us were also very loud all night. The smell was so bad that it made my daughter and I both feel sick. The door was also broken and was very difficult to open and shut.

Amazing stay, Kids LOVED the room. My only complaint is breakfast. It really wasn't worth the $11. Bland food, lack of choices for the kids. Staff, Room and Stay otherwise. Was excellent. We will come back some day!

Look somewhere else

Our stay was horrible. First, the pool was freezing. There was no extra linen in the room, mind you I had four adults staying in this room could not pull out the bed from the couch because there was no linen on. It. There was no shampoo or body wash in the shower. There was no hand soap on the sink and the Jetter tub. The reason I ordered this room did not work. And they really need to get their elevator fixed. I thought I was going to die every time I used it.

Wonderful staff convenience and comfortable only mark down was for no room service one of the afternoons, I could have used the refresh on coffee/tea/sugar. Otherwise perfect!

When we book the hotel, we choose to pay additional $15 to include the breakfast for 2 people. The hotel does not have a buffet style breakfast, it was a order-at-the-counter style. The hotel ended up charging us for breakfast. This is not acceptable. Who should I talked to about getting my refund?
