I liked the outdoor pool. I booked via Expedia and thought I had booked a suite with 2 Queen beds, but it was just a room and not a suite. Our room smelled very musty and the air conditioning unit was very rumbly and loud. We could also hear the elevators running all night.

My overall stay was great, but I have one major complaint. My refrigerator had a horrible hum to the point where it would keep me up all night long. If it did stop, it was because I went over and had to press on the top very hard multiple times to get it to stop. I did not want to unplug it because I had Food and drinks in it. I did tell the front desk about it. They said somebody was gonna come look at it, but it was never taken care of. I checked in on June 11, June 12 first thing in the morning. I let them know the lady at the front desk was very nice and I’m sure somebody did go to my room and look at it but nothing was ever done about it so all night for the next two nights and even during the day this refrigerator would hum on and off Very loud. Everything else was great.

Wonderful hotel

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Very nice pool. You can walk to the mall and some restaurants. Very good restaurantin the hotel. Love that to shuttle Took you everywhere. The only thing negative frost was trying to get the shuttle to answer you for your ride back. The number they gave us on the card nobody answered. So I always just called the hotels front desk and they were there within 5 minutes. I don't know why they give you a card with a number to call them and it's always busy. Otherwise everything was great. Would definitely stay again

The latch bolt behind the door was broken so it felt unsafe. Had to leave the night cos I couldn't sleep not feeling safe. All front desk could say was " sorry about that"

Only problem was with the elevator, it never started to go up until it opened and closed the door 3 times and the alarm sounded. There are only 3 floors and 1 elevator.

VERY pet friendly! My wife, whose sense of smell is quite unbelievable, said that the room smelled fine as long as the air conditioning was on, but smelled a little like urine when not. I did not notice any problem, and I doubt you will, either. This is no luxury property, but I thought the beds were comfortable, rooms and public areas were clean and, despite being right next to the highway, the interiors are quiet. (Outside is a different matter, and our dogs were just a little spooked by all the traffic noise.) There is ample grassy area for the pups to take care of their business. All in all a comfortable stay.
