This stay was amazing!!! I had such a bad experience prior to switching my hotel reservations to this hotel. ALL I mean ALL staff went above and beyond for my daughter for her birthday. Including balloons and a cake for her after a rough day! I felt so safe, comforted and wanted. I will stay here everytime I come to Annapolis from now on

The staff was amazing and lived up to the DoubleTree reputation. Now to the part that I can’t get over. The facility is an older hotel that had a horrible renovation. Even with that upgrade it’s still outdated. The elevator is slow and its doors are creepy. I took the stairs after that but worrying about if you will get stuck in an elevator is not very accessible. If I didn’t have to travel here for work I wouldn’t choose this hotel. I had wipe down my room—especially the desk and bathroom door knob and light switches. It was like last guest had kids with candy ridden fingers and touched everything. The desk staff and the warm cookies made up for it all.

Great with minor noise

Nice room but it was a double with door in between and we could really hear the other room. Otherwise pretty quiet. Very nice receptionist who put us where we asked. Had drinks at bar but didn’t eat there.

Nice Hotel Great Lication

Comfortable and clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and receptive. TV was great and shower which included body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was nice. My only issue is that Hotels.com advertised 50$ pet fee which wasn’t honored. Charged 75$.

The room seemed a little worn, ceiling above the shower was drooping from water damage which was slightly disconcerting and some small pieces of plaster had fallen on the sink. Wouldn't have minded much but on the night before checkout the hot water stopped working and when we asked them they said someone was supposed to tell us they were changing boilers for that wing. They offered to put us in a different room but it was late and we just wanted to go to sleep. We were told we could get a partial refund but when someone from Hotels.com called a few days later, they were told they had no record of the boiler being changed! I later received a pending partial refund bc apparently Hotels.com was going to follow up with them, but it never actually processed and disappeared from my card.

Great Hotel

Came for the Military Bowl. Rooms were comfortable and very quite. Staff was excellent and having a shuttle to and from the football stadium was an added plus. Centrally located.
