It was very easy to check in, as they have a machine that you just put you name in and it prints a card with a code and prints a receipt with your room number and I liked how they had shampoo conditioner etc... attached to shower instead of mini bottles so you don't have to drag extra stuff with you.

Location was great, the room, whilst not fancy, met our needs for one night and was clean and quiet. We had one issue with the restaurant in the morning with the very rude unpleasent man not honouring our breakfast booking we made upon check in, forcing us to pay a high price. However when we raised it with reception at checkout, they immediately reimbursed us the price difference. So over all was a pleasent stay.

Comfortable and pleasant stay. The room had everything I needed. There is a basic gym with a small pool which is open for most hours. The location is very convenient for exploring Melbourne. The only negative is the wifi was poor (I expected more given the hotel rating). I didn't try the buffet breakfast as it was pricey and there are lots of cafes nearby.
