Very Friendly staff. The hotel is based in the heart of the city (short walking distance to cafe's/bars). Very reasonably priced accommodation. My hotel when travelling into the City.

This must have been the best place I have ever stayed at. The room was lovely, quiet and dark. The pillows were to die for! I am now hunting for the same brand for home. Given the location and closeness to everything, it was quiet and such a wonderful stay away from home for the ballet.

Shower was very nice, bed was comfy. The doors on the aisle were a bit loud in evening and early morning but not during the night. Not enough light in bathroom to do proper make up unfortunately.

Our room 105 had not been cleaned properly, the bed had blood stains on the sheets in several places. The air con was on 16 when we arrived so was so cold. We asked for compensation and they refused saying I paid via Lastminute though it is the hotel’s responsibility to clean the room so it is their fault.

Our room was really clean and made up daily with new towels, coffee etc. The bed was comfortable. I didn’t use the pool/gym/sauna facilities. The water pressure in the shower and loo wasn’t great, possibly because we were on the top (7th) floor ( no view, no balconies). I thought it odd that no wine glasses were provided, but the hotel’s restaurant happily provided us with glasses and an ice bucket complete with ice ! The bar/restaurant staff were super friendly and the food was good and well priced ( there are happy hours several days of the week). Didn’t try the buffet breakfast as Brunetti’s was just on the corner ☺️ The position of the VIC is very central to food, shopping, attractions and transport.

Cons: The occupants around us were very noisy. The had a hairdryer going after midnight and were loudly talking in their bathroom. The mattress in our room had a dip, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Pros: The check in/check out process was easy and the buffet breakfast was nice. Location was fantastic.
