This was place was great. Parking was great. Room was huge and comfortable. Everything was spotless except the shower could have been a little cleaner. Price was great. Only down side which for me was pretty big was they were using an air freshener that was so strong. I mean you could taste it in the air. So thankfully i was only staying one night.

This guest was imposed a daily parking fee in err

Checking out, I was informed a parking fee of $7.00 would be imposed daily. Since my stay was a lengthy one of 14 days, I would only have to pay $50.00! Nothing on your website indicates any type of fee for parking. Worse than that, at checkin, Nick at the front desk said NOTHING about any daily parking fee!! My documents also say nothing about any parking fee. I would formally request a refund of this "fee" immediately. Thank you.

I checked numerous times about the incidental charge. Was told it was $100, I got charged $250. They said it was because o got a 2 bedroom suite which I clearly stated when I inquired about it. Multiple light bulbs blown out, all electrical outlets were loose. There was a stain which looked like blood on one of the bedspreads. The door to the bathroom barely gets by the toilet when closing and the phones were dead all 3 nights I stayed there. The rooms were fairly clean, other than the blood stain. Friends wanted to have a room near us and was told they were. We weren’t even in the same building. If they lie about something that small it makes you wonder what else they lie about. On a good note I did get my deposit back in 2 days which is rare.

Our stay was pretty decent. We did have to switch rooms, our 1st room had a toilet that wouldn't flush and a clogged tub. The staff immediately put us into another room once we complained. The second room was much better with the exceptiong of a broken iron. Breakfast was very good, we were in town for a softball tournament so the early free breakfast was on point! The sofa bed mattresses could use a little upgrading but overall we were satisfied with the room and would stay again. The staff could stand to be a little friendlier, they weren't rude but not welcoming either, just kinda did their job but offered nothing extra.

Nick the night desk clerk was great!! I spent an hour and a half waiting for the shuttle service that the new owners canceled. Tried calling and 8 times was connected to the old reservation people who were unaware of the change in ownership. They are off to a bad start in my book.

The property was nice, however, the room had a stuffy scent to it each time you walked in. The staff was super nice and courteous. Breakfast was good but there wasn't much variety. Each day it was the same. Only concern was the lack of decorum in the main lobby and breakfast area. Guests were allowed to roam freely in their pajamas (or lackthereof) without any regards to the fact this was a public area. Some guests were downright disrespectful to the kitchen staff and there was no one from the Management team in the area to nip it in bud. Hopefully, this was an isolated matter and not the acceptable culture there.
