Our room was definitely not well cleaned. Not just before our stay either. We moved a dresser in one of the rooms because we dropped an earring and the pile of garbage and dirt was unbelievable. We did take a picture, but unsure how to upload it here. Housekeeping wasnice to come and clean it up but front desk was not. The rest of the rooms were ok, not well kept though.

Cheap hotel flip?

The property needs major renovations. The popcorn ceiling was coming down in one of the bedrooms and in the bathroom. You could tell there has been an issue with water leaking in the room above us and the ceiling had previously been patched because of it but was done poorly. They use cheap box furniture, one of the barstools was about falling apart because the bolts were falling out. The toilet seat was loose and slide around when sitting on it. No fan to help with moisture in the bathroom. The ceiling light covers in their "fitness center" were stained from water damage and were hanging from the fixture and there was zero air flow. Pool was extremely small and there were ants crawling around it. From speaking with other guests, this was not a unique experience. I loved the fact that we could have a 2 bedroom suite with each room having their own doors and a shared living space, however it looked and felt like a very cheap flip job. For what they charge per night, I was expecting a much nicer experience.
