Room is very aged, pictures of outside are very deceiving. Scratches on all the doors, weird drop down ceiling in bathroom. Room was clean but needs updating. Bed was very bouncy and can feel every movement. Breakfast was good with a decent variety of things.

Desk staff courteous. Unable to communicate with other staff, as the default answer to any question was "no speak english". Our room was exceptionally clean. Some challenges that we encountered were, our room keys not being programmed properly, requests for fresh towels ignored and extremely aggressive vacuuming each morning at 8:30. I don't think each guests door needs multiple strikes with the vacuum.
