This place is a gem! GREAT location for the price- easy walk to Gondola (4 blocks) and all the late-night hotspots. (easy walk or $8 cab ride). Its fresh and modern, rooms are a bit tiny, but free breakfast and apres wine/cheese are great and staff is friendly. BTW, the next-door property is a group of multi-million dollar condos! Please don't tell anyone - its a top Aspen spot for the price - Exceeded our expectations!

Great area. You can walk almost everywhere downtown. The hotel is quaint. Rooms are a little small. If you book from hotels.com the pictures are not true to what you book. Ex: my room showed a balcony. When we checked in there was no balcony. Using stock photos. Host are very accommodating and friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

Hotel Durant was a great place to stay , rooms are clean and comfortable. And people at the hotel were very kind and friendly . They had wine and cookies in the afternoon, which was very nice

Hotel Durant is lovely. Brian at the desk was knowledgeable and friendly. The continental breakfast included gluten free granola, hard boiled eggs, yogurt juice and coffee. No elevator so be ready to schlep to your room. Short walk to the main gondola at Aspen. Room was large, bed comfortable and shower had great pressure and hot water. Perfect for skiing!

This is a cozy small hotel that checks all the boxes. Great happy hour- easy hot tub, apres skiing, accessible and convenient to everything. Nice breakfast. Great value.

Amazing location- easy access to Ajax mountain and just a few blocks from town transit. The hotel offers daily happy hour and cookies and the hot tub was a treat after skiing. Breakfast was a great selection with lots of fruit and grab and go options in addition to oatmeal, cereal, eggs and bagels.
