Reception staff were able to accommodate an earlier check in time. Lovely sized room with balcony. Great sized bed and very comfortable. Shuttle service to and pick up from Aspen was just a 10min drive and excellent communication. Drivers very good and recommended places to eat and see. Our only disappointment was finding that the pool was unavailable due to maintenance from the day after I booked. When I asked why we were not informed told I should have checked their own website. My booking was made through Expedia not directly with them.

Staying here was an amazing, relaxing experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay one of the best I ever had. There are not enough stars to accurately rate this stay.

Staff was excellent as was the property

We stayed in the Presidential Suite and while the room was amazing, it was not super clean. Also the tub and record player did not work.

I loved my stay. Everyone was friendly, Great location and easy shuttle surface. Room was better than expected and had great Mountain View. I would highly recommend
