The first room I was given #201, had broken air conditioning. The shower curtain liner was missing so the shower curtain was inside the tub, extended onto floor of tub, causing my feet to get tangled. I was moved to another room, #308. In this room one side of the window was missing a curtain. This Springhill doesn’t look good for the Marriott brand.

The staff were very accommodating & helpful. The downside was the proximity to the highway. It was VERY noisy. Our refrigerator sounded like a hookah pipe. When I mentioned this to the staff they immediately replaced it!
